Diversity, Accessibility, and Advocacy

  • Delta Delta Delta Sorority

As the director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIAB), I promote inclusion and awareness to a chapter of 600+ members through educational programming. I developed a comprehensive database of minority-owned and sustainable businesses to guide our philanthropy partnerships, sisterhood events, and percentage days, ensuring our activities actively support diverse communities.

  • Lemke Journalism Project

This media training program is held annually for high school students interested in multicultural reporting and diversity issues in Northwest Arkansas. As a student mentor, I educate students on the field of journalism and support the next generation of diverse media voices as they create their annual Multicultural News publication and multimedia pieces.

  • Headliners Concert Committee

As vice-chair of this committee, I help manage a $500k budget and coordinate event + marketing logistics for campus entertainment events free to all students. Past artists have included Kesha, John Mayer, and Snoop Dogg. Our work centers on creating accessible opportunities for the campus, providing a free concert experience to thousands of students and creating community through music.
